• Next, you should figure out your priorities. What are your most important tasks? Is there something that you need to do that is more important than others? 
• You should also try to figure out what time of day you should work on different tasks. Focusing on the right time of day for your tasks will help you stay more organized. 
• Finally, you should try to figure out your best time of day to work on different tasks.
